Refund policy

At our online platform, we aim to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Floors Center is a flooring product dealer with a solid commitment to its customers, and it will go above and beyond to give them a fair deal on any returned merchandise. We offer a stress-free return and refund policy as follows

Return Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we'll issue you a refund, less a 3 percent processing fee. This is the transaction cost incurred by merchants and payment gateways.
  • Products being returned must be brand-new, unused, and in their original packaging. Once the flooring is installed, we do not accept any product returns. If there are one to three cartons left over, keeping one to three cartons of material is recommended once your flooring project is completed, just in case you need to repair it.
  • There should be at least three undamaged and sealed cartons to be returned. We reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee from the refund if the returned item is damaged or exhibits signs of use.
  • All returns are accepted except bedrosians within a scheduled time interval of 30 days. You will need our representative's return authorization before you can return anything. After 30 days, no refunds are permitted. Some flooring materials may also take 14 days to request a return authorization. For further assistance, kindly get in touch with your customer service representative.
  • The customer is responsible for preparing the flooring by stacking it properly, wrapping it securely on a pallet, and placing it at the curb for pickup.
  • When an order originally received free or discounted (prorated) shipping, the refund amount for any returned items may be lowered.
  • This reduction reflects the delivery cost that would have been charged based on the quantity ultimately kept, not the original total ordered.
  • For example, if 50 cartons qualified for free shipping and 10 cartons are returned, the refund may be decreased by the shipping charge that would have applied to 10 cartons.
  • All return shipments must be prepared in the same condition as shown in the image above. Each palletized order must be securely shrink-wrapped and strapped to minimize the risk of damage during transport. Boxes must remain in an upright position and must not be placed flat.

    No credit will be issued for products found damaged during inspection.

        Refund Policy:

        • Refunds will be issued within 2 to 5 weeks of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be published in the original form of payment. If you paid through a credit card, the refund would be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase.
        • If you decide to return any part of your entire order. In that case, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the original order, the shipping costs for the return, and any applicable restocking fees, ranging from 10% to 30% of the purchase.
        • No particular/distribution center/mill orders can be canceled. Please talk to your sales representative about all your concerns over it.
        • The invoice's freight charge does not correspond to the original freight cost. Even when FREE shipping was offered, the freight we pay to deliver your product is typically much higher than the amount shown on your invoice.
        • If the product you received is damaged and is out of stock, you will be eligible for a refund for the damaged item only. The full shipment will not be returned.
        • Some flooring materials cannot be returned, including custom orders and orders placed directly with the mill. If this concerns you, please discuss it with the salesperson before purchasing.
        • You are required to cover the expenses associated with the return shipping.
