If the order received is damaged, please DO NOT REFUSE IT. Refusing a package may lead to additional shipping costs, for which you will be responsible, and may delay any claims against the shipment. Please ensure you document any damaged or missing items on your delivery receipt. Without specific details, Floor Centre cannot file a claim on your behalf to replace the missing or damaged goods. In such cases, you are responsible for submitting a claim to the carrier by yourself.
If the driver cannot wait for a thorough inspection of your purchase, it is advisable to write "Pending Inspection" on the delivery receipt. This allows you to assess the material's condition later. Including a note enables us to file a claim with the carrier and replace any damaged goods.
It is crucial to note damage on the delivery receipt and obtain the driver's signature acknowledging the damage. Failure to do so will result in Floor Centre NOT ISSUING REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT MATERIAL. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
