Happy Floors Cypress 9" x 48" Pressed Natural Porcelain Tile

I received two broken boxes of tile. My contractor discovered this upon beginning work (Of course I had to wait over a week before the contractor could begin). Upon requesting replacement of the two boxes from Floors Center, I was informed that broken tile must be reported within 3 days. I don’t know any homeowner who unwraps and unboxes an entire pallet of tile (over 40 boxes) before work begins. Anyhow, customer service was rude first and foremost, and failed to address my concerns or work with me in any effective way. I highly recommend against purchasing from this company due to poor policy and ineffective and rude customer service.
